Eliana, IGT Umbria, 2013

Eliana is made from Grechetto and Chardonnay grapes. The grapes are immediately cooled at 40°F (4-5°C). A short crio-maceration takes place. The must is clarified through cold settling for 24-36 hours. The must ferments and afterward matures for 6 months part in new French oak barriques and part in stainless steel vats. It has floral and fruity aromas with scents of citrus and white peach. It is elegant with a good presence of minerals good length with aromatic finish.

Ritorto, IGT Umbria, 2013

Ritorto is made from Grechetto and Chardonnay grapes in Vineyards at 200-250 meters above sea level south of the municipality of Ficulle. The grapes are immediately cooled at 40°F (4-5°C) followed by a short crio-maceration. The must is clarified through cold settling and fermented in new French oak barriques for 6-8 months. It is intense and fruity with clear citrus and flowery note, sweet spices and balsamic return. This white wine is velvety and powerful, well balance with good acidity content, and wooden balsamic notes. The wine will improve with aging.

Sediana, IGT Umbria, 2012

Sediana is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese grapes. The selected grapes are immediately cooled at 54-57°F (12-14°C). Maceration takes place for 8-10 days at 75-77°F (24-25°C). The malolaction fermentation is performed in French oak barriques. After 6-8 months aging, the grapes are blended. Minimum 6 months in bottles before release. On the nose it is ethereal with scents of mature forest fruits, violet, licorice and herbaceous notes. On  the palate it is warm, harmonious with firm tannins. It has a powerful structure with vibrant body.

San Valentino, IGT Umbria, 2011

San Valentino is made from Merlot and Cabernet grapes. The selected grapes are immediately cooled at 54-57°F (12-14°C). Maceration takes place in 8,000 liter barrels for 15-18 days. The malolactic fermentation is conducted in French oak barriques where the wine ages for 15-18 months. Minimum 8-10 months in bottles before release. On the nose it has mature fruits, plums, prunes and mulberry, balsamic notes, licorice and dark chocolate. On the palate it is intense, warm, with great extraction. The tannins are velvety, with sweet vanilla, mint notes and tobacco. The territory is fully expressed in this wine, which promises great longevity.

Gineprata, IGT Umbria, 2010

Gineprata is made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The selected grapes are immediately cooled at 54-57°F (12-14°C); the juice macerates in wooden barrels of 8,000 liter, for 12-15 days. After the malolactic fermentation the wine matures in French oak barrique for 12 months. Minimum 6 months in bottles before release. Nose: mature fruits, blackberry, red currant and cherry, balsamic and spicy with notesof tobacco and chocolate.
Palate: Broad and full-flavored, persistent, and austere with notes of licorice, spices and red fruit pulp. Full-bodied for long aging.
