Sereole Soave DOC, 2013
Made with 100% garganega grapes, Sereole Soave is a DOC wine. From the Sereole Single Vineyard, located at the Southern edge of Soave Cru area. The land is hilly and the soil is basaltic of volcanic origin which enriches and enhances the typical qualities of the Garganega grape. Vines are cultivated using the Veronese pergola training method with a density of 3,000 vines/hectares and with the spalliera method with a density of 5,000 vines/hectares.
Amarone Villa Arvedi DOC, 2011
Amarone Villa Arvedi is made from 80% Corvina Verones and 20% Rondinella grapes.
Carefully selected grape bunches are hand-harvested from top vineyards planted in the hills of Valpantena, north of the city of Verona in northeast Italy, in the communes of Quinto, Grezzana, and Santa Maria. Is dense and deep, with aromas of raisins, ripe cherries, wild berries and spice. The aromas carry through onto the dry, it is a full-bodied and well-structured on the palate; approachable, with vibrant red fruit flavors, soft, supple tannins and a memorable finish.
